Best Western Hotel Breitbach

This hotel is clearly a bit older, which you can see on places where furniture and paint has worn or chipped off. Everything is fully functional, though! The place has been kept in a very good state. It may be small (you might struggle with laying a big suitcase out flat) but space has been used efficiently. The single bed was huge. There's a coffee maker and tea bags. You can get a thermos of hot water at the reception. The vending machine in the lobby has very acceptable prices if you need a snack or other (alcoholic) beverage, and there's a supermarket right across the road. The city centre is 10 min away on foot, the tramp stop next door. It takes 1 change and about 20 minutes to reach Düsseldorf central station. Being near the stadium and next to a road may cause some noise, but the windows keep everything out. You can also get ear plugs at the reception.

I was only one person so the room was small but it's adequately enough for my single stay. Bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean and useful. The qty of charger point, laptop area and free Wifi is quite good. Close to city centre which is good for the one expecting a little sideview. Also, when you cross the street, you could find a cheap market which means you could reach anything you want easily.

Good location for my purposes & easy for U Bahn & Bus. Large store opposite. Good value for money

The morning staff were wonderful! Friendly and helpful. We had not booked breakfast as I only wanted a coffee. the lady in charge at the reception immediately told me to take a coffee from the breakfast room. my son was with me and right away the service lady offered him a hot chocolate along with three chocolate Easter bunny’s! it made our morning and the coffee was delicious! thank you!

Rooms clean e good breakfast. My room at the first floor was tiny, but the big shower compensated the lack of space in the room! the bed was comfortable and the room well insulated from the street’s noise. great connection to Düsseldorf Altstadt.
