I was only one person so the room was small but it's adequately enough for my single stay. Bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean and useful. The qty of charger point, laptop area and free Wifi is quite good. Close to city centre which is good for the one expecting a little sideview. Also, when you cross the street, you could find a cheap market which means you could reach anything you want easily.

The morning staff were wonderful! Friendly and helpful. We had not booked breakfast as I only wanted a coffee. the lady in charge at the reception immediately told me to take a coffee from the breakfast room. my son was with me and right away the service lady offered him a hot chocolate along with three chocolate Easter bunny’s! it made our morning and the coffee was delicious! thank you!

Rooms clean e good breakfast. My room at the first floor was tiny, but the big shower compensated the lack of space in the room! the bed was comfortable and the room well insulated from the street’s noise. great connection to Düsseldorf Altstadt.

Very helpful staff at the reception at all times (check in, during stay, check out), thanks everyone! Every wish or service (check in, out) done very quickly. Great location, numerous transportation and grocery opportunities close by.

Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, Riatuals cosmetics, very good breakfast for that price I would definitely not expect that. Very clean room.

The hotel is a local spot that keeps giving a great service throughout the years. When I visit Ratingen I always stop here. Value for money absolutely. There is a supermarket right in front which offers anything you might have forgotten to bring...

Good hotel, nice shower, room not too small (both single and double rooms are good size). Free parking next to the hotel and also really close to a supermarket and some other stores.

we booked for an early flight from DUS airport. excellent for that purpose. Grocery store across the street. Limited parking around the hotel.
